All tickets purchased at Thunder Valley Casino Resort are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, or when you buy tickets from us of equal or higher price, up until one week before the event. If you bought your tickets through Ticketmaster please contact Ticketmaster for a full refund within 72 hours of the purchase date.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino. The following exception applies: Guests who are underage are allowed in any restaurant or the gift shop if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 21 years of age (at all times).

Yes. Donations and sponsorship requests may be submitted through Thunder Valley Casino Resort's Sponsorship Program.
If you may have lost something at Thunder Valley, please visit the Security Office which is located to the right of the Food Court and Main Cashier cage in the casino. Security operates around the clock. All items we receive are stored for up to 30 days. If an item is not picked up by the owner within this time frame, the items are donated to local area charities (such as the Lions Club and Salvation Army). If an item contains an address (like a checkbook or Driver's License), a letter will be mailed alerting the owner to possible missing property. Only Service Animals are allowed on Thunder Valley Property. Thunder Valley Casino Resort abides by Federal ADA Law regarding Service Animals. We request that you register your Service Animal with Security.
Thunder Valley Casino opened its doors to the public on June 9, 2003, in the rustic community of Lincoln, California, just 30 miles east of Sacramento. The casino, designed with Las Vegas flair, showcased one of the largest selections of Slots and Table Games in Northern California as well as several upscale restaurants and bars. Since then, Thunder Valley has expanded into a full-fledged resort that includes a 408-room luxury hotel, world-class day spa, tropically themed outdoor pool area plus a host of other amenities and services solidifying it as one of very few AAA Four Diamond rated properties nationwide. Our seasonal Coconut Pool + Bar contains full drink and food service, loungers and cabanas along with pool side seating, games and towel service. Pets are not allowed anywhere on property at Thunder Valley. Only service animals specifically trained to aid are allowed on property. Please register your service animal at our security desk located near the main cashier cage inside the casino. Thunder Valley Casino Resort abides by the federally recognized Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Federal guidelines do not allow emotional support animals on this property.
To respect your privacy and make up service is available upon request.
Our deluxe rooms are equipped with King or two Queen Size Beds, we also have a limited inventory of one-bedroom suites which are subject to availability. ADA accommodations are also available upon request.
Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am, guests may request an early arrival or late departure, subject to availability.
