Shelly was born and raised in Northern California. She graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor of arts degree in Marketing.
Shelly comes to Thunder Valley Casino from MGM Mirage Resorts where she held various positions; the most recent one being western regional marketing director.
She is married and has one dog. Her hobbies are shopping, golf and more shopping.
