"I started planning my wedding in early Spring - more than half way through of my wedding planning, I was assigned two brand new event coordinators into the wedding planning now, and was pretty uneasy. Well, they proved me wrong - they were continuously in contact with myself via phone or email about everything, plus several meetings. The day of my wedding, I truly did not worry about anything because I just knew they both had my back and were in complete control of the entire ceremony and reception. Many of my guests commented on how exquisite each detail was and it was one of the best weddings they have been to. Thank you for hiring experienced event coordinators, people who are warm, professional and caring, it makes a huge difference!! Thank you again for making our day so Magical and Memorable."

"I had my wedding at Whitney Oaks in the middle of August on a 100 degree day, yet the room temperature was extremely comfortable. Service was excellent, and the staff at Whitney Oaks took care of everything: food and drink service, assembly, dis-assembly and cleaning. We were guests at our own wedding and did not have to worry about a thing. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! All my guests (including with the ones from out of state and out of country) impressed. I would recommend this venue to anyone!"

"From the very beginning, everyone was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We communicated mostly through email which was easiest for me to keep track of. Everything that was planned went on without a hitch. The food was delicious. The chef was even helpful enough to meet with a guestwho had food allergies to make sure she would be OK eating. He also packed a meal to go for my aunt who was sick and unable to attend. The pictures turned out amazing - great photos and memories. The staff pulled off the wedding day of my dreams. I would definitely recommend this venue to any of my friends."

"Everything was beautiful the day of the wedding, and when I forgot to bring glowsticks for our grand exit, you sent an employee out to buy some!! All of the employees were so courteous and helpful. The food was amazing (buffet stations) and they cut the cake quickly and served our guests. Everything was perfect."
